Inventory Management and Parts Identification Intelligence has been a core competence for 15 years. ServiceSource Europe currently provides a range of services and products to a wide range of maintainers and IT manufacturers throughout Europe. Services include Vendor Managed Inventory, Advanced Exchange and ownership of Return To Vendor and warranty processes.

The principal activities of ServiceSource Europe are still very much related to the movement of in and out of warranty service spares around Europe. They currently distribute a wide range of manufacturer's parts to thousands of locations daily. The main area of focus in terms of product is very much the PC market, including related products such as desktops, laptops, servers and printers. Through the provision of these services, SSE has developed a number of innovative, flexible and cost effective solutions that involve ownership of inventory and processes. These processes include total tracking and traceablity of individual parts.
